4. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return:

If the product is damaged or incorrect:
Return shipping will be covered by EverGrow.

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake:
Return shipping may be paid by the customer.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

Refund will be issued in the original payment method used during purchase.


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

7. Exchange Policy
